Inside Sales Team Manager (Ecommerce): Leading and developing a remote team of International Inside Sales Representatives and Sales Development Representatives with an accent on achieving high performance, professional growth, and driving acquisition practices. What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a remote team of Inside Sales Representatives and Sales Development Representatives.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to support professional growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to define and implement acquisition strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
- Ensure the team is equipped with resources and tools for acquiring hirify.global Go locations.
- Monitor team performance, utilising data and insights to provide actionable feedback.
- Support team members in negotiating and closing contracts to maximise output.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a leadership role within a high-performing sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing remote teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- A proactive and self-motivated leader with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Fluent English is a must, with at least one other language (French, Spanish, or Dutch).
