Our client is a payment gateway that enables businesses to accept online payments across multiple countries, with a strong focus on Asia.

What you will do

  • Actively search for and acquire merchants.
  • Close deals in acquiring, APM, and multi-currency solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers.
  • Advise clients on the optimal payment structure.
  • Oversee onboarding, launch, and first transaction volume.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in the payments industry (PSP, acquiring, APM).
  • Proven sales experience across Asia, Africa, and/ or Latin America.
  • Strong understanding of approval rates, chargebacks, rolling reserves, and MID setup.
  • Ability to close deals and manage long sales cycles.
  • Ability to participate in conferences and industry events.
  • Fluent in Russian and English.
