Salary: $220,000–$250,000 per year (for San Francisco and New York locations)

What you will do

• Architect the end-to-end business systems landscape integrating core platforms with AI-powered automation and agent workflows
• Design the technical foundation for AI layers including headless and interactive agents and orchestration patterns
• Build frameworks for data flow between Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Gainsight, and AI models
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-enabled system solutions
• Lead architecture reviews ensuring scalability, security, compliance, and alignment with long-term vision
• Create standards and governance for automation, integrations, and data flows

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years in business systems or enterprise architecture or senior technical design roles
• Deep knowledge of GTM, Finance, and People systems like Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Gainsight
• Experience designing or implementing AI-driven workflows, automation frameworks, or agent-based systems
• Strong skills in integration patterns, data modeling, system reliability, and scalable automation
• Exceptional communication skills to influence across engineering, business, and executive stakeholders
• Curiosity and experimental mindset to stay ahead in the evolving AI landscape
