What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, focusing on adoption and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Partner with customers to develop strategic success plans aligned with their business objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and share insights with customers.
  • Analyze customer data to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales on renewals strategy and plans.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or Computer Science preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a strategic CSM role.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing technologies and local SEO.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
