What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, focusing on adoption and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Partner with customers to develop strategic success plans aligned with their business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and share insights with customers.
- Analyze customer data to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales on renewals strategy and plans.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or Computer Science preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a strategic CSM role.
- Knowledge of digital marketing technologies and local SEO.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
