What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution of Wallet and Payments infrastructure ensuring scalability and operational resilience.
• Collaborate with Stripe and payment partners to optimize fund flows and automate reconciliation.
• Build and refine reconciliation and variance systems to ensure financial integrity.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, and Engineering teams to ensure compliance and accuracy across transactions.
• Drive new fintech capabilities including alternative payments and embedded finance opportunities.
• Define and track core financial KPIs and lead hands-on product leadership with deep technical involvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in India (Delhi) and work remotely.
• 8+ years of product management experience in fintech or SaaS payments infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of Stripe ecosystem and global multi-currency payment systems.
• Experience with tax compliance systems and financial reconciliation.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL and BI tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with usage-based billing and embedded finance platforms.
• Familiarity with accounting systems integration.
• Knowledge of reseller ecosystems and margin management.
• Experience with cross-border compliance and digital goods taxation.
• Background in high-scale SaaS or fintech environments.
