What you will do
- Translate customer pain points into implementation and onboarding plans demonstrating business value
- Develop best practices and educational content around error and performance management and products
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert for customers on software engineering and monitoring best practices
- Provide workshop-level interactions to drive maturity and adoption of usage
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide feedback to product and development teams
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years experience as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant, Support Engineer, or Software Developer with customer-facing project leadership
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Python, Node.js, Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, React, React Native, and mobile native development
- Problem-solving mindset and can-do attitude
- Location: Hybrid work model with in-office days in San Francisco, California, USA
