What you will do

• Design, implement, and deploy high-performing data science models to improve an LLM-based agentic system.
• Establish and implement evaluation methodologies for agent performance, reliability, safety, bias, drift, and effectiveness.
• Provide technical guidance to Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Software Engineers on data science best practices.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate product requirements into high-impact data science problems.
• Work on multiple data science problems, including identity solutions and agentic solutions for customer-facing products.

Requirements

• MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years designing and building large-scale data science models in a production setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in agentic AI concepts and agentic AI tools.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL and relevant ML libraries.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong influence skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Location: San Francisco

Salary: $200,000–$235,000 base (annual)
