What You Will Do

• Help maintain and evolve the design and development of hirify.global’s cross-platform design system
• Contribute to the design and user experience for our core product
• Work directly with product/engineering/design teams to develop and implement tooling
• Champion the user experience and accessibility of our products
• Collaborate with and support designers and engineers
• Participate in day-to-day team rituals

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of tech/startup or digital product agency experience
• Strong understanding of Product Design software (pref. Figma)
• Excellent front-end development skills in semantic HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Experience maintaining a reusable component library
• Strong organizational skills and a love for documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
