Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States

Salary: $148,800–$204,525 USD per year for Zone 2; additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Define and drive the vision for enterprise AI products involving generative AI, agents, and emerging workloads.
• Partner with engineering and research teams to turn AI advancements into practical, trusted products.
• Engage with data and AI leaders to identify use cases and design repeatable customer solutions.
• Lead product vision and execution from concept through launch, including roadmap development and engineering guidance.
• Establish long-term strategy and principles for scalable Databricks AI products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience, preferably with enterprise SaaS or developer platforms.
• Strong technical background in computer science, AI/ML, or a related engineering field.
• Experience partnering with senior engineers and research leaders on complex technical concepts.
• Track record of bringing products from vision to launch in fast-moving, competitive markets.
• Strong analytical skills, including SQL, product usage data, and operational dashboards.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for engaging customers, engineering, and go-to-market stakeholders.
