TL;DR

Solutions Engineer - Strategic (SaaS): Partnering with sales to design, demo, and prove the value of the Work AI platform for customers with an accent on technical discovery, integrations, and security. Focus on leading technical POC cycles and developing business justification reports.

Location: Hybrid for Bay Area based candidates

Salary: $160,000 - $245,000 annually

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to navigate complex deal cycles with C-level executives
  • Create and demo custom environments based on customer industry
  • Run and manage a technical POC cycle
  • Perform customer-facing technical discovery calls
  • Lead security conversations to ensure customer comfort
  • Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization
  • Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure)
  • Proficiency in Python or Java
  • Ability to configure and maintain API-based integrations
