What you will do

• Architect, build, and maintain anti-abuse and content moderation infrastructure to protect users and platform integrity.
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to apply AI techniques for measuring and improving AI alignment with human values.
• Diagnose and remediate active platform incidents and develop tooling to address root causes of failures.
• Deploy classifiers and machine learning models to enhance safety systems.
• Manage projects independently to drive completion with minimal guidance.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in San Francisco
• Experience building and running production services in high-growth environments.
• Proficiency in Python or modern languages such as C++, Rust, or Go.
• Knowledge or motivation to work on AI safety, content safety, fraud, or abuse prevention.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly debug and restore live systems.
