AI Product Manager

Location: Palo Alto, California; in-office 4 days per week and 1 day flexible

Annual base salary: $150,000–$250,000.

hirify.global builds an autonomous sourcing platform that manages the intake-to-award process for global enterprise procurement, including purchase-intent interpretation, sourcing-material generation, supplier evaluation, and negotiation strategies.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap, priorities, and product outcomes for Glo’s agent capabilities and AI layer.
• Lead the transition to headless sourcing by defining and shipping MCP servers, APIs, and agent interfaces for Claude, ChatGPT, Slack, and other customer tools.
• Prototype agent capabilities and workflows with AI coding and design tools, validate them with customers and engineers, and contribute to the codebase when useful.
• Define requirements, user stories, orchestration, tool integrations, prompts, evaluations, and delivery plans with Engineering and Design.
• Set success metrics and AI quality standards covering task success, reliability, latency, cost, adoption, evaluation criteria, release thresholds, and customer outcomes.
• Gather customer and usage insights, monitor production performance, track the agent ecosystem, improve transparency and auditability, and lead launches end to end.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including shipping and scaling B2B or enterprise software products.
• 1+ year of experience building an AI enterprise product or agentic platform and taking AI features or agents from concept to production.
• Working knowledge of LLM systems, including prompting, tool use, retrieval, agent orchestration, evaluation, failure modes, MCP, and assistant platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding and design tools such as Claude Code to build prototypes, internal tools, or product features, with comfort working in a codebase alongside engineers.
• Experience defining quality metrics and acceptance criteria for probabilistic systems and using them for release decisions.
• Experience working with enterprise customers on requirements, security reviews, integrations, and adoption.
• Track record of owning product outcomes end to end, making high-stakes decisions amid ambiguity, and writing precise requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for aligning technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
