What you will do

• Implement and innovate on code LLMs and agent systems based on latest research.
• Design scalable training and deployment strategies for code models and agent frameworks.
• Create and improve benchmarks reflecting enterprise user needs.
• Lead experiments using advanced compute infrastructure to push frontier LLM capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with pretraining teams and researchers to develop new RL algorithms and SFT trajectories.

Requirements

• Location: Must be located in or near London, Paris, Toronto, New York, or Europe with working hours aligned ET to CET time zones
• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with top-tier publications.
• Deep expertise and hands-on experience with code LLMs, agent systems, and frontier models.
• Strong software engineering skills in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and scalable architectures.
