• Design, launch, and optimize global lifecycle tests and programs.
• Own end-to-end messaging strategy and audience segmentation.
• Develop testing roadmaps and run A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Enhance messaging infrastructure in collaboration with product and engineering.
• Build and maintain funnel performance dashboards.
• Leverage AI-powered workflows for personalized communications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of growth experience in B2C and B2B products.
• Deep expertise in audience segmentation and multi-channel orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with automation and messaging platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with experimentation frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
• Familiarity with AI-powered personalization is a plus.
