• Set organizational and technical direction by shaping roadmap and vision with infrastructure, data, and product leadership.
• Lead cross-cutting initiatives to improve scale, margins, reliability, and testing standards.
• Drive complex cross-team execution ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and balancing short- and long-term goals.
• Manage and grow leaders including senior engineers and emerging managers with career development and coaching.
• Recruit and retain top talent fostering a high-trust, high-performance culture.

Requirements

• 6+ years engineering management experience including managing managers or senior ICs and scaling teams.
• 8+ years technical experience building and operating distributed systems or platforms at scale.
• Proven leadership skills in ambiguity, long-term technical bets, and aligning execution with business goals.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to navigate complex stakeholder needs and communicate tradeoffs to executives.

• Location: Must be based in or able to work remotely within the US.
