What you will do

• Lead and develop high-performing hirify.globalering teams, setting clear goals and strategic direction.
• Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle of hirify.globalering projects, ensuring timely delivery and technical excellence.
• Drive efficiency using agile methodologies and continuously refine workflows and tools.
• Act as a bridge between hirify.globalering and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate innovative solutions to enhance product development.
• Oversee multiple teams working on highly visible systems impacting customer engagement and revenue.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hirify.globalering, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading hirify.globalering teams and delivering complex projects.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in at least one of TypeScript/Node.js, Java/Kotlin, or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience working with AWS and Datadog.
• Deep understanding of agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
