What you will do

• Identify new prospective customers and own the commercial process from initial engagement to contract signing
• Develop innovative applications for our software and experiment within customer conversations
• Craft compelling stories that articulate the value and potential of our technology to businesses
• Foster relationships with key decision-makers and innovators
• Prototype with customers in real time
• Grow and expand existing customer accounts using data

Requirements

• 5+ years of overall experience in a growth, GTM, or customer-facing role
• Natural curiosity for the hirify.global product and eagerness to use and test the product personally
• Passion for educating prospects about AI's transformative potential
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
• Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and growing environment
