What you will do

• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover customer behavior and product usage trends.
• Deliver strategic insights to inform product prioritization and roadmap decisions.
• Develop dashboards and toolkits to enable self-service insights for product teams.
• Own and evolve the product analytics stack ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Partner with Engineering and Data teams to maintain event tracking and data governance.

Requirements

• Remote work capability.
• 5–8+ years in Product Operations, Analytics, or related roles.
• Experience with SaaS or platform products preferred.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with BI tools like Looker.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
