Salary: $145,000 - $160,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own the operational frameworks and renewal motion architecture for the Customer Success organization.
  • Configure and manage CS platform infrastructure (e.g., Gainsight, Totango) to surface risk and drive retention.
  • Establish and enforce data governance models to ensure readiness of key growth and retention metrics.
  • Partner with CS leadership to define, operationalize, and improve renewal playbooks and workflows.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, RevOps, and Analytics to ensure scalable post-sale operations.
  • Monitor and improve the operational mechanics that govern risk identification and expansion efforts.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Extensive experience in CS Operations or a similar senior operational role.
  • Deep expertise in CS platforms such as Gainsight or Totango.
  • Strong background in strategic process design and data governance.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment in a complex corporate environment.
  • Strong leadership presence and analytical mindset.
