Salary: $227,000 - $257,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and vision for AI-powered agents aligned with company OKRs.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to validate solutions and understand workflows.
• Drive execution by writing specs, crafting prompts, and facilitating engineering sprints.
• Measure success through analytics and A/B testing to optimize agent performance.
• Evangelize product features and train sales and customer success teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States as this is a remote US-based role.
• 3–5+ years of SaaS product management experience with AI/ML-driven products.
• Strong understanding of post-sales workflows and KPIs in customer success and professional services.
• Experience prototyping with AI tools and programming languages like Python and TypeScript.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics platforms like Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Background in software engineering, data science, or agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen).
• Experience with pricing and packaging for consumption or value-based SaaS models.
• Track record of co-developing products with large enterprises or strategic partners.
