What you will do

• Develop and expand key accounts and acquire new customers.
• Lead multiple agile in-house teams and coordinate cross-functional responsibilities.
• Manage customer projects and take ownership of budget responsibilities.
• Host workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
• Identify and promote team strengths and support project leaders.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or related field with strong academic performance.
• At least 4 years of software development experience and 2 years in leadership roles.
• Strong team and leadership skills with good communication in German and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a focus on quality.
