What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program management for critical security engineering and compliance initiatives
• Define program scope, milestones, and success metrics while managing security risks and dependencies
• Partner across security, engineering, product, and operations teams to align priorities and deliverables
• Act as primary contact for security and cross-functional stakeholders, providing status updates and managing risks
• Facilitate technical security, privacy, and compliance discussions aligned with infrastructure goals
• Develop and implement scalable processes to improve efficiency and automate operations

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of experience in Security Technical Program Management or related roles
• Must be a U.S. person or eligible to access export controlled information per U.S. Government regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Experience managing large-scale security or compliance programs in fast-paced environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to work across technical and non-technical teams
• Proficiency with program management tools such as Jira and Google Sheets

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, FedRAMP, GDPR, HIPAA
• Familiarity with networking, storage, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
