What you will do

• Develop and maintain tools for systems performance baselines and regression testing automation
• Design and maintain performance regression test pipelines for HPC workloads
• Debug and tune fabric-level performance for low-latency, high-throughput configurations
• Develop telemetry for performance analysis across distributed server clusters
• Triage and fix Linux system performance issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define OS requirements and resolve bottlenecks

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person or eligible for export controlled information access per U.S. Government regulations
• 5+ years experience in Systems/HPC Performance Engineering, benchmarking, or validation
• Strong experience with MPI workloads, distributed system performance, and HPC networking technologies (RoCE, InfiniBand, GPUDirect)
• Extensive Linux internals knowledge and programming skills in Python or similar
• Ability to prioritize and communicate effectively in a remote/hybrid environment
• Location: Hybrid work in New York, Sunnyvale, or Bellevue with remote considered if >30 miles from office

Nice to have

• Familiarity with QA/QE best practices and Golang
• Experience in cloud environments and open-source software development
• Machine learning experience is a strong bonus
