Location: San Francisco, CA, onsite 4–5 days per week

Salary: $130,000–$245,000 base plus equity

What you will do

• Lead the visual voice by creating campaigns and brand systems across all touchpoints
• Execute creative campaigns spanning digital, motion, web, print, merch, and events
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to shape brand visuals
• Mentor and inspire other designers, elevating team craft through feedback
• Lead design projects end-to-end with high creative autonomy
• Experiment with AI tools to innovate visual design

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite in San Francisco 4–5 days per week
• 6+ years in visual or brand design with strong portfolio blending concept, craft, and storytelling
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including motion and video tools
• Experience leading design projects end-to-end with autonomy
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback and mentoring in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for bold, boundary-pushing brand design and AI experimentation
