Salary: $165,000–$230,000 USD annual base salary

What you will do

• Build customer-facing software for online healthcare appointment booking with real-time availability.
• Develop customizable patient information forms and payment processing capabilities.
• Design, architect, and build scalable software across diverse product areas.
• Own cross-functional projects from technical design and decomposition through launch and rollout.
• Partner with engineering leaders and product managers to define and deliver engineering goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on customer-facing products.
• Strong product-level thinking and the ability to understand customer journeys and data flows.
• Technical expertise and leadership skills to turn a vision for excellent software into reality.
• Ability to solve high-impact problems using the tools required, including stepping outside a familiar technology area.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.
