Compensation range: $180K - $300K

What you will do
- Own existing LLM and image prompts, measuring and improving quality at scale
- Develop complex prompts for new features using AI JSX
- Build evaluation frameworks for prompts and models
- Drive the roadmap based on quality gaps
- Curate datasets for fine-tuning models and launch new modalities
- Build analytics and tracking systems for AI infrastructure
Requirements
- Experience in prompt engineering and evaluating prompts at scale
- Strong software engineering skills in TypeScript and Python
- Data-driven approach to improving AI quality
- Self-sufficient in gathering and cleaning data
- Experience with modern LLMs and image models (nice to have)
- Familiarity with AI tooling like AIJSX (nice to have)
