What you will do

• Own existing LLM and image prompts, measuring and improving quality at scale
• Develop complex prompts for new features using AI JSX
• Build evaluation frameworks for prompts and models
• Drive the roadmap based on quality gaps
• Curate datasets for fine-tuning models and launch new modalities
• Build analytics and tracking systems for AI infrastructure

Requirements

• Experience in prompt engineering and evaluating prompts at scale
• Strong software engineering skills in TypeScript and Python
• Data-driven approach to improving AI quality
• Self-sufficient in gathering and cleaning data
• Experience with modern LLMs and image models (nice to have)
• Familiarity with AI tooling like AIJSX (nice to have)
