Partner Engineer (AI)

Location: United States; hybrid work with on-site time at partner sites and travel up to 50%, concentrated around integrations and go-lives

Salary: $145K–$160K per year, plus equity

hirify.global is an early-stage healthcare startup building an AI-powered care navigation platform for health systems in the U.S. and MENA region.

What you will do

• Own the technical relationship and act as the trusted point of contact for 3–5 health system partners.
• Connect hirify.global to partner EHRs, phone systems, workflows, and data, including partner-specific tooling, automations, and integrations.
• Configure, test, launch, and improve AI voice and matching agents using real call data.
• Respond to production issues, monitor partner quality, and report performance metrics.
• Work with product, engineering, Epic integration, IT, access, and clinical teams to triage issues and prioritize improvements.
• Turn one-off partner work into repeatable processes, documentation, tooling, runbooks, and go-live checklists.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Partner, solutions, or forward-deployed engineering experience, including strong coding and SQL skills.
• Experience integrating with and debugging third-party systems in production.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• High-ownership generalist approach and ability to manage multiple partners and projects.
• Willingness to travel to partner sites up to 50%, concentrated around integrations and go-lives.
• Experience in healthcare or strong interest in working in healthcare.

Nice to have

• Experience with Epic or other EHR integrations.
• Startup experience.
• Experience with voice AI, telephony, or LLM-based products.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, ideally GCP.
