What you will do

• Scale data processing and storage layers from terabytes to petabytes and beyond.
• Build and maintain bidirectional, real-time integrations with dozens to thousands of EHR systems.
• Drive improvements to core systems to enable 100x growth in users and developers.
• Own cross-functional projects end to end from design to rollout.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders and product managers to set and deliver ambitious goals.

Requirements

• Must have 15+ years of software engineering experience focused on scalable backend systems and platforms.
• Deep experience with cloud-native services, Kubernetes, AWS, and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and quality and security engineering principles.
• Strong systems-level thinking and ability to understand distributed systems and data flows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Must be located in the United States for remote work.
