What you will do

• Serve as subject-matter expert on hirify.global’s Synchronizer API, advising on architecture, integration patterns, and performance.
• Partner with sales during pre-sales to design integration strategies and articulate platform benefits.
• Guide customers through implementation with hands-on technical support and troubleshooting.
• Create technical resources like integration guides, sample code, and demo environments to accelerate developer adoption.
• Translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences including engineers and executives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product roadmaps, API usability, and developer experience.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar technical customer-facing roles in SaaS/API companies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience debugging APIs and integration issues.
• Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with complex or regulated data systems; healthcare data familiarity is a plus.
