Location: United States (San Francisco, San Jose, Chicago, Seattle, Austin)

Salary: $278,500 – $517,000 (Total Cash Range)

What you will do

• Define the long-term product vision and roadmap for AI and ML platforms to support internal productivity and traveler-facing agentic experiences.
• Translate complex technical requirements into prioritized outcomes by aligning cross-functional leadership in engineering, data science, and business domains.
• Partner with architecture and engineering teams to define secure, compliant, and performant system designs, APIs, and data models.
• Establish success metrics for platform adoption and performance, using data and experimentation to drive continuous improvement.
• Evangelize platform patterns that enable fungible AI/ML solutions across the organization.
• Ensure responsible AI integration, maintaining high standards for clarity, accuracy, and trust.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience in large-scale platforms.
• Extensive product management experience in platform, data, or AI/ML product ownership.
• Demonstrated success in defining strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes for technical platforms at the organizational level.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering and data science on system design, technical trade-offs, and API contracts.
• Deep familiarity with AI-driven systems and safely integrating AI/ML-enabled solutions.

Nice to have

• Advanced technical degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Experience building feature stores, model lifecycle tools, or high-volume inference infrastructure.
• Proven leadership in defining governance frameworks for complex technical platforms.
