TL;DR

Quality Manager (AI): Managing supplier alignment and performance to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery for AI projects in a localization context with an accent on client relationship management, SLA compliance, and process improvement. Focus on leading root cause analysis, developing quality frameworks, and optimizing workflows for linguistic accuracy.

Location: Hybrid role based in Thessaloniki, Greece or Cluj-Napoca, Romania

What you will do

  • Partner with Engagement Managers to ensure supplier alignment and coordinate resource recommendations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for language quality, managing client conversations and reports.
  • Monitor supplier KPIs, including on-time delivery, task acceptance, and linguistic accuracy.
  • Design and maintain quality frameworks, glossaries, style guides, and Translation Memories (TMs).
  • Act as the escalation point for missed deliverables, leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs).
  • Execute regular quality measuring and Content Type Analysis to ensure SLA compliance.

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (C1+ required).
  • Proven track record in Localization Vendor, Language, or Quality Management.
  • Experience and interest in working with Generative AI tools.
  • Deep understanding of quality principles, with preferred experience in Agile or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Expert knowledge of Translation Management Systems (TMS), TM tools, and MTPE workflows.
  • Strong data literacy for decision-making and process improvement.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Full-cycle supervisory experience in accordance with organizational policy.
