What you will do

• Provide support for team members in multiple divisions.
• Focus on laptop support for Windows PCs, Macs, and mobile devices.
• Engage in cross-training efforts and contribute to operational readiness.
• Assist the Service Desk by resolving intake calls.
• Collaborate frequently with site lead and peers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
• At least 3 years of experience in remote administration and end-user support.
• Experience with Windows 10 and ticketing tools (Zendesk, HPSM, ServiceNow).
• Experience with Google suite applications and macOS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
