What you will do

• Capture, analyze, and document business and product requirements.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Product, UX/UI, and engineering teams.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and scope management.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement clarification meetings.
• Contribute to functional specifications, process flows, and data mapping.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Web or Mobile product delivery.
• Strong understanding of UX flows, APIs, authentication, and data handling.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery models like Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to write clear user stories and manage system interactions.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must reside in Poland, Latam, Moldova, or Romania.
