What you will do

• Own, maintain, and enhance Anaplan models ensuring stability, availability, performance, data accuracy, and documentation.
• Gather and challenge business requirements, write user stories and functional specifications for enhancements.
• Design Anaplan solutions including modeling, UX, and data flows; build or oversee developments, support UAT and deployment.
• Manage incidents, defects, user requests; prioritize backlog and lead ceremonies with stakeholders.
• Coordinate across business, IT, and partner teams; ensure adherence to Anaplan best practices like DISCO and performance optimization.

Requirements

• 4-8 years experience with Anaplan or similar EPM solutions in BAU and project environments
• Strong Anaplan modeling expertise (certification a plus)
• Solid understanding of FP&A, finance, and planning processes
• Experience with data integration (ETL, APIs)
• Knowledge of modeling best practices (DISCO, performance optimization)
• Strong communication to bridge business and technical teams, autonomy, prioritization, and ability to challenge stakeholders

• Anaplan certification
