Salary: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Provide technical support and guidance for ZOLL products via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Analyze and diagnose product issues, ensuring prompt resolutions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product and service quality.
  • Assist in time-sensitive situations to protect patient safety.
  • Stay updated on product specifications and troubleshooting requirements.

Requirements

  • Clinical degree or certification (CNA, LPN, RN, EMT) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience with direct patient care responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Technical aptitude for troubleshooting medical devices.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
