What you will do

• Develop and execute category management and sourcing strategies for IT services and products.
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers.
• Manage supplier performance through KPIs and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in supplier relationships.
• Represent hirify.global in supplier business relationships and contract lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Must be legally able to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship or transfer at any time.
• Must be a local resident of the Metro Detroit area with ability to work on campus.
• 8+ years experience in strategic procurement and supply chain management in technology-related industry.
• 5+ years experience in global IT sourcing including software, hardware, network, telco, or cloud services.
• Strong skills in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, financial and business analysis.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Masters Degree in Business or equivalent.
• Supply Chain qualifications (e.g., CIPS, IIPMM).
• Experience using Ariba procurement software.
