What you will do

• Lead technical engagement with pharmaceutical companies during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
• Serve as primary liaison providing expertise on product features and pharma use cases.
• Guide pharma-specific workflows including regulatory compliance and clinical trial management.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, clinical, AI, and sales teams for successful integrations.
• Develop playbooks and tools to streamline implementation activities across pharma clients.
• Address complex technical topics such as data integrations and regulatory interoperability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical implementation or technical roles.
• Proven experience integrating enterprise healthcare systems (EHRs, clinical trial platforms).
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7) and pharma regulatory requirements (GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11).
• Strong understanding of pharma workflows including clinical trials and drug safety.
• Ability to build client relationships and translate needs into product requirements.
