TL;DR

Business Development Representative (AI): Driving revenue growth through effective pipeline generation for the hirify.global Sales organization with an accent on engaging with prospects and customers to help them understand the value of hirify.global. Focus on creating strategic target account lists, generating new business pipeline via cold calling, email, and social channels, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.

Location: Sydney, Australia. hirify.global has a hybrid working policy, expecting employees to be in the office at least three days per week.

What you will do

  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists with Account Executives.
  • Generate new business pipeline for Account Executives through cold calling, email, and social engagement.
  • Provide a great experience for hirify.global’s prospective customers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the product and its value to customers.
  • Engage in team development and mentoring.

Requirements

  • Strong desire to build a career in Sales, with future aspiration to be an Account Executive.
  • 1+ year of customer-facing work experience (Sales and/or SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Demonstrated operational excellence in driving revenue activities and pipeline.
  • Crucial understanding of the SaaS landscape and target verticals.
  • Proficiency in prospecting skills across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn).
  • Strong verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Possess a growth mindset, proactively seeking feedback and striving for continuous improvement.
  • Results-oriented approach to quota, progression, and team development.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales systems and tools like SFDC, Outreach, Cognism, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
