What you will do

• Lead the Test & Measurement sales and applications team in Poland, setting goals and assessing performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to grow the T&M business in Poland.
• Represent and implement European sales initiatives locally.
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with key customers and partners.
• Manage sales funnel in CRM and follow up on public and private tenders.
• Represent Poland in European sales management meetings.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of Poland.
• Master or Bachelor Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in sales, business development, and leading sales teams.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; German is a plus.
• Ready to travel regularly within Poland and Europe.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
