What you will do

• Lead capacity planning and performance tuning for mainframe processors and peripherals.
• Develop and use advanced dashboards and automate workflows with tools like Grafana, Power BI, SAS, Python, and R.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support business and technical units.
• Provide technical support, reporting, and recommendations to optimize hardware, OS, storage, and applications performance.
• Analyze data trends and implement continuous improvements for daily operations and strategic projects.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup with onsite presence every other week at a Fidelity office.
• Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.
• Deep expertise in mainframe capacity and performance engineering in large-scale enterprises.
• Advanced knowledge of IBM zEnterprise hardware, RMF, SMF, SAS, MXG, Intellimagic, and related tools.
• Experience with SYSPLEX design, WLM policy tuning, and PR/SM optimization of GP & zIIP configurations.
• Strong programming skills in SAS/MXG, Python, R, Grafana, and Power BI.
