What you will do

  • Own outbound prospecting and run targeted outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Qualify opportunities using structured discovery against ideal customer profile.
  • Nurture leads and maintain momentum with clear value communication.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to align campaigns and hand off leads.
  • Keep pipeline clean by logging activities accurately in Salesforce.
  • Support events and campaigns to drive pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years experience in BDR/SDR or related internship/campus selling experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; Outreach is a plus.
  • Fluent English required, additional Spanish or German is a plus.
  • This is a 5-day in-office role based in Stockholm.
  • Organized, coachable, resilient, and goal-oriented with strong communication skills.
