What you will do

• Support membership lifecycle content and activation plans across digital and retail channels.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive engagement, retention, and campaign effectiveness.
• Write creative briefs and adapt global campaigns for local relevance.
• Manage stakeholder approvals and go-live testing for campaigns.
• Support CRM content scheduling and delivery ensuring timely execution.
• Monitor and optimize processes to meet Membership goals and KPIs.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Portland, OR, US
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in Marketing.
• 2-4 years of marketing/digital/ecommerce experience with global client exposure.
• Fluent English (verbal and written) with strong communication skills.
• Experience working with stakeholders at various seniority levels.
• Understanding of eCommerce activation best practices and digital ecosystems.
