Salary: $232,000–$319,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Define technical solutions and lead architecture for new AI security products.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Security teams to shape product direction.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to engineering teams.
- Be the technical point of contact and drive long-term product strategy.
- Operate autonomously in a high-velocity, remote-first environment.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States, preferably West Coast (Seattle area).
- 12+ years of backend engineering experience with distributed systems at scale.
- Proven technical leadership and architectural vision across multiple teams.
- Expertise in cloud-native systems, distributed computing, and security engineering.
- Fluency in Go or similar modern systems languages.
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with distributed teams.
- No visa sponsorship available due to remote nature.
Nice to have
- Experience with Kubernetes, , and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM APIs and MCP specification.
