Salary: $232,000–$319,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Define technical solutions and lead architecture for new AI security products.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Security teams to shape product direction.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to engineering teams.
• Be the technical point of contact and drive long-term product strategy.
• Operate autonomously in a high-velocity, remote-first environment.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States, preferably West Coast (Seattle area).
• 12+ years of backend engineering experience with distributed systems at scale.
• Proven technical leadership and architectural vision across multiple teams.
• Expertise in cloud-native systems, distributed computing, and security engineering.
• Fluency in Go or similar modern systems languages.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with distributed teams.
• No visa sponsorship available due to remote nature.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, hirify.global, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM APIs and MCP specification.
