What you will do

  • Generate pipeline through self-sourced networks and tools.
  • Deliver presentations and demos showcasing Adestra’s capabilities.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and build ROI models for senior decision-makers.
  • Navigate procurement processes to secure multi-year SaaS agreements.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams for tailored demos.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and provide reliable sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in MarTech.
  • Proven success in value-based selling.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of marketing automation and email compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally within Europe.
