Senior UX/UI Designer (Figma)

Location: Kraków, Poland or remote

Salary: 12,000–18,000 PLN + VAT per month on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process within a product design team or independently.
• Identify design problems and develop solutions that balance user needs and business goals.
• Design intuitive interfaces, interactions, and experiences for web and mobile platforms.
• Use and develop design systems while ensuring high-quality design outcomes.
• Exchange knowledge and share product design best practices with design and development teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.
• Ability to understand business problems and requirements through meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Advanced Figma knowledge and familiarity with a workshop tool such as Miro, Lucid, Mural, or FigJam.
• Experience conducting user research and usability tests using online and offline methods.
• Ability to perform basic competitor and market research and present ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Excellent English communication skills at C1 level are required.
