Focus on defining product requirements, driving adoption, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality voice AI products.

What you will do

  • Own roadmap and go-to-market strategy for Voice AI SDK portfolio including client SDKs, server APIs, embedded, and cloud.
  • Collaborate with engineering to define product requirements and prioritize features for developer-friendly SDKs.
  • Engage with strategic customers to understand workflows and integration challenges, crafting compelling solutions.
  • Represent the product at conferences, webinars, and developer events to build community and generate demand.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and solutions engineering to define packaging, pricing, and launch plans.
  • Track product metrics and iterate roadmap based on adoption, retention, and revenue contribution.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the US or able to work remotely within US time zones
  • 5+ years product management experience with developer platforms, SDKs, voice/AI, or communications products.
  • Strong technical understanding of voice AI, SDKs, APIs, and developer workflows.
  • Experience working directly with customers to drive product adoption and solve integration challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences including developers and executives.
  • GTM mindset with experience in packaging, pricing, positioning, and product launches.

Nice to have

  • Experience in voice/telephony, agent-assist, contact center markets, or embedded/edge voice processing.
  • Knowledge of voice AI turn-taking models.
