Salary: $170,000–$220,000

What you will do

  • Develop and own the financial planning & analysis function including annual operating plans and dynamic dashboards.
  • Lead scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to support leadership decisions on pricing, expansion, and funding.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define unit economics and provide actionable growth insights.
  • Design and implement scalable finance operating models and data infrastructure for a growing multi-site company.
  • Monitor cash flow, runway, and capital requirements; present funding options to CFO and Board.
  • Lead cross-functional projects such as pricing implementation, M&A diligence, and P&L redesign.

Requirements

  • Must be onsite in New York.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in strategic finance or FP&A in high-growth tech or health-tech companies.
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
  • Deep understanding of AI, SaaS, and marketplace business models.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with high autonomy.
