Product Design Lead (Gaming)

Location: Remote from the United Kingdom or Ramat Gan, Israel

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process from concept through delivery across Apps Platform products.
• Lead strategic design initiatives for the Developer Console, documentation experience, hirify.global Client, and App Store.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, stakeholders, and senior design leadership to shape product vision.
• Drive discovery, planning, innovation, and improvement opportunities across the platform.
• Develop and evolve the design system to maintain quality and consistency.
• Mentor designers and promote design excellence across the team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on product design experience, including end-to-end ownership of complex projects and leadership experience.
• Experience designing developer-facing or technical platforms and simplifying complex concepts into intuitive experiences.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, information architecture, and design systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, ownership, and self-directed working skills.
• Strong understanding of gamers’ needs, habits, and mindset.
• BA in Visual Communication or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience designing gaming products or gamer-facing experiences.
• Experience leading design initiatives or guiding other designers.
