Product Design Lead (Design System)

What you will do

• Lead and manage a small team of product designers across multiple teams.
• Prioritize initiatives, manage roadmaps and workflows, and ensure high-quality delivery on schedule.
• Contribute hands-on to strategic product design projects while balancing leadership responsibilities.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, executives, analytics teams, and other stakeholders.
• Apply user research, usability testing, behavioral insights, and data to improve product experiences.
• Build consistent, scalable, accessible, and inclusive designs using design systems and atomic design principles.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design team leadership and end-to-end product design across platforms.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing design teams.
• Expertise in UX/UI, interaction design, and user research methodologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience managing design workflows, tools, and operational processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in fintech or SaaS, including understanding of financial products, compliance, security, and designing for trust.
