Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)

Location: Remote, based in Portugal. Candidates must be based in Portugal and hold Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit.

What you will do

• Own the product design journey from problem discovery through solution definition and delivery readiness.
• Work in a Product Trio with Product Management and Engineering.
• Define validated problem statements and clear customer and business outcomes.
• Map future-state user journeys and translate them into prioritised functional requirements.
• Define delivery approaches and iteration plans.
• Create visual representations of intended experiences, including wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a strong UX/UI background.
• Broad experience across User Experience Design, Content Design, Solution Design, Business Analysis, Product Discovery, User Research, and Product Ownership.
• Experience creating end-to-end solutions that are desirable, viable, feasible, and valuable.
• Fluent English at B2 level.
• Must be based in Portugal and hold Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
